Soucieuse de ne pas consommer trop de matières grasses, j&amp;#39;ai pris l&amp;#39;habitude de consommer de la margarine Primevère depuis plusieurs années, influencée par la bonne note décernée autrefois par le magazine Que Choisir. Apparemment maintenant la meilleure margarine serait la St Hubert Oméga 3 si j&amp;#39;en crois cette source &lt;br /&gt;http://www.lanutrition.fr/bien-dans-son-assiette/bien-acheter/les-meilleures-marques/les-meilleures-margarines.html&lt;br /&gt;Cela dit, je consommais Primevère sans trop d&amp;#39;appréhension celle-ci ne contenant pas de graisses hydrogénées et pas non plus d&amp;#39;exhausteur E621...&lt;br /&gt;Pour celles qui doivent se limiter en matières grasses il semble aussi que le mascarpone peut être une bonne alternative (42% de MG sur le produit fini - le double pour le beurre). D&amp;#39;a...</title><content type='html'>Bonjour Garance&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Voilà, je l&amp;#39;ai faite!&lt;br /&gt;D&amp;#39;abord, des produits irréprochables, j&amp;#39;ai opté pour un beurre au lait cru, bio et une huile de colza extra, le tout chez BIOCOOP.&lt;br /&gt;Ah mais, à l&amp;#39;instant où je vous écris je me rends compte que j&amp;#39;ai oublié le jus de citron bio! Zut de zut, peut-être cela a -t il une incidence sur la texture, la mienne fait vraiment margarine alors que la votre a la texture plus naturelle du vrai beurre.&lt;br /&gt;Dites-moi si l&amp;#39;absence de beurre aura une incidence sur la conservation par exemple.&lt;br /&gt;J&amp;#39;avais goûté le beurre seul avant et le mélange fait que l&amp;#39;on ne le plus, c&amp;#39;est un peu dommage. Car il est trop bon! Cela peut peut-être s&amp;#39;améliorer en mettant moins d&amp;#39;huile, je ne sais.&lt;br /&gt;En tout cas je suis convaincue par la formule et vous remercie chaleureusement.&lt;br
